A Prayer For Your Husband

Thank you Lord for my husband. I’m so grateful for the man you have for me. Thank you that he is a man of character and integrity. That he walks with humility and confidence, fulfilling the purpose you have for him. Thank you for Your protection, favor and blessing upon his life. Thank you that you have given him the mind of Christ. That his thoughts, words and actions are in alignment with your word. That his eyes are focused on you and his ears are listening for your voice. That he has a heart after you Lord and lives his life to please you. Thank you for establishing the work of his hands and multiplying his impact and influence. Give him God ideas, opportunities and divine connections. Open doors for him that no one can close. Order his steps according to your word. Protect him from all harm and plans of the enemy. Remove anyone or anything that would be a temptation to him. Keep his eyes, heart and mind pure and holy. Give him wisdom, discernment and surround him with wise counsel. I pray You keep him healthy and whole. May Your Spirit rest upon him. May he walk with you all the days of his life and fulfill the plans and purposes you have for him. 

A Prayer For Your Marriage

Lord, I ask that you would help me prepare to be his wife and best friend. Prepare my heart to love and support him. Remove whatever is in me that is not pleasing to You or him. Teach me how to honor, champion, partner, submit, care for and become one with him. Show me how to please him and fulfill his needs over and above anything he could think or imagine. I pray that we desire each other and no one else. Help us to consistently communicate and demonstrate how much we love, care for and value each other. Help me understand what he needs and bring to light any potential issues before they arise. May we be so committed to You, Lord, that our commitment to each other will not waiver, no matter what. Help us to prioritize and serve one another. Make us a team that does great things for your Kingdom. Help us to lead well, make wise decisions and steward the resources you give us. May our marriage be filled with joy, peace, love and respect. May it be a reflection of what you created marriage to be. I pray that we grow closer to you and each other each day. 

A Prayer For Your Children

Thank you Lord for the children you have blessed me with. I thank you for your hand upon their lives. Give me wisdom to raise them in your ways. I pray that their lives will be rooted in you. Open their eyes to see their identity and authority in you. May they live to give you glory and walk with you all the days of their lives. I pray that no weapon formed against them will prosper. They will not be swayed by society and culture, but will be a light shining brightly for you. I pray that they will fulfill the plans and purposes you have for their lives. I pray they will be history makers and world changers. 

A Prayer For Healing

Thank you for this body you have given me. Help me to take care of it in order to be able to fulfill the plans you have for my life. Give me wisdom in what I eat and drink, how to exercise and when to rest. Lord, I pray that every muscle, ligament, tissue, cell and organ will function as you designed it to. No sickness or disease. Lord Thank you Lord that you are Jehovah Rapha, our healer. Do what only you can do, Lord. Thank you for complete and total healing, in Jesus’ name.

A Prayer for Intimacy With God

Lord, I love You. I praise You. I thank You God. You have been so good to me. You have been so faithful. Thank you for all You have brought me through- for protecting me, guiding me and holding me close. Thank you for your forgiveness, grace and mercy. Thank you that You call me Your own. Lord, I am forever grateful. There’s not enough words to express my gratitude and love for you. I just want to be with You. In Your presence. To know You more. To hear your voice and see Your face. I surrender my life to You. Have your way Lord. Be glorified in all I say and do. I want to please You. There is no one I desire more than you. Show me what is on Your mind. Tell me what is breaking Your heart. Draw me close to You. Reveal yourself to me in a deeper way. You are all I want. Earth has nothing I desire more than you. I love You Lord.
